• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

• We do not process or store your payment information directly.

6. User Content

MyPurrin allows users to upload content, including photos, cat profiles, health notes, and training data (“User Content”).

By uploading or creating content in the App, you agree that:

• You retain ownership of your content.

• You grant Quice Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing and improving the App’s functionality.

• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes upon others’ rights.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyPurrin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

• Use the App to upload or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content

• Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization

• Interfere with or disrupt app functionality or security

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App or its features

11. Termination

You may stop using MyPurrin at any time and may delete your account through the in-app settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our discretion, including if:

• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that MyPurrin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quice Online disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quice Online and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or reputation

• Damages arising from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your data

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quice Online, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
